I also remember that the antagonist eye shifts similar to a goat or a heart(?). The female lead has long hair and I think she's blonde too, whereas the male lead wears a tuxedo with black hair. AGAIN THE MALE LEAD IS A PENGUIN STUFFED TOY THAT TRANSFORMS INTO A MAN
