Heyaa I'm trying to find a manga I read ages ago. I don't remember much expect that it was a yakuza/mafia seme with a puppy like uke who was like his go to man for things to be done. The seme often thought and said the uke was like a loyal dog. There's no non-con and the two really cared about eachother.

So im lookin for a manga where the uke or seme (dont remember which) was his secretary's boss and he would tell how the other was feeling by his handwriting . Another part was that the secretary wanted to be better so he started taking secret classes but his boss thought he was leaving him
