Totally, and to be honest Kalego is the underdog of the underworld you know the symbol of cerberus. And their is so much more companies and Iruma-kun's HAREM don't forget those promising demons who support him
okay now we're seeing the start of Demon Border Patrol's division into the pro and anti Iruma factions, headed respectively by the chief and vice chief, both of whom are members of the thirteen crowns and therefore equals in that sense. Taking into account the power balance, I'd wager that only about 30% of them will be pro-Iruma, as only eccentrics would find interest in liking him, but said eccentrics are usually on the upper chain of command, so the power balance will still be roughly the same. And with the Netherworld's literal police and military force splitting into two, a civil war would ultimately ensue, and I am just freakin here for it
