I don't think he actually wants to "get" with him. The way I see it is that Siwoon is the only one who saw him and his brother as equals instead of him being the "inferior" twin. For that reason he desperately wants to be his friend. He needs someone to see him as an individual instead of Siwon's twin.

Anyone knows this yoai: the MC rented a house, the landlord is a guy dressed up as a girl. The MC went to take bath and another character mistook the MC as a call boy. So they both banged in the bathroom. That’s all I can remember.
