I don't exactly remember but I think if you search up "yaoi manga where uke get pregnant" somewhere along the comments it should say something about having a phantom pregnancy
I wish I could have seen a bit more of the sex scene like did they go all the way or did they just masurbate each other. And the scenes were so ducking fluffy and cute especially the baby (≧∀≦)

OMG....I completely agree and this is an old extra. How many times are they gonna update, with no improvement in the storyline.
