I think he turned back into a kid for the closure to heal his inner child because he had a lot of trauma (getting abused and nearly dying so many times as a kid) especially before he met our MC.
look i acknowledge the harm of willful ignorance in bullying but if my acquaintance is sniffing my sweaty musky gym clothes covered in my alpha pheromones i'd say there's some harm in that too. and like yea accidentally pushing him down the stairs calls for an apology but not in forceful sex. anyways excited for jealousy arc

(trying to be constructive here) i used to love this artist’s style from bye bye but i feel like they’re focusing too much in hair and eye detailed and completely forsaking proportions and fluidity of expressions and poses like it just looks awkward some panels and the huge heads and big hair isn’t helping
but the rendering is beautiful as always
