Could someone spoil me if it’s any similar to After School Nightmare cause I absolutely hated that one and how they tackled a similar subject.
Many manga with themes around gender identity usually revolves a lot about romance and how it dictates a persons gender usually coming off very homophobic Σ(-_-;)

You should read this one, gender identity is a subplot and has been interesting until now http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/boys_run_the_riot/
I get why you would hate after school nightmare the ml was an asshole, the personalities of the other two were also not that good, and although I didn't totally like the ending I loved the final plot twist it was totally unexpected to me

damn I can’t believe the kindergarten principal and teacher aren’t literally begging for forgiveness for losing a kid and that kid even getting injured in the process. Not to mention the kid was picked up by a stranger too. If it wasn’t Niel he might as well have been kidnapped. Sorry for the rant but the reaction of the teacher and principal just seemed so carefree. I have a feeling it won’t be brought up again in the story but it made me so mad ok end post
The characters are so pretentious damn. I also feel like they were pulling a multiple personality bs twist at the end yikes. It was kinda unique plotwise but the characters were too tropey that’s it was ironic that they had a whole theme around individuality.
It was a fun read I won’t think too much about it
