I think the seme has multiple personalities. One that is a sex maniac, who enjoys group sex with his classmates, has sex with his doctor etc, one that is a normal college student who dates the cute girl and one who is in an homosexual relationship with the uke.

I don't think he sleeps around. I think they meant the professor liked him so they were impliying sleeping to get in the project and shit like that but I don't think he did sleep with anyone

No, they didn't mean he was sleeping with the prof, they meant the prof was lusting after him and *wanted* to sleep with him, and that this was why he accepted him into the program/seminar/whatever... Even though the manga didn't show it, the seme could have sex with the call girl to ease his erection....this is a possibility i cannot deny....

Idunno what other Korean BL you've read, but I think this may seem that way because it's gag. Also, chapters tend to be short for webtoons, which leaves more to be desired than manga which typically has 20-40 pages.
