He looks a bit childish to me, but that's just the simplistic art style. They could be giant headed chibis and I'll still see the characters as the age they are in canon, so long as the art is consistent. I've definitely seen some sus characters, but this one ain't it.

I'm not rly sold on the characters but the premise itself is pretty good. If it got a few more chapters n depth, this could actually be rly good
