So we know Tsukasa sacrificed himself to cure Amanes sickness on their fourth birthday, tsukasa is dead or atleast not fully alive or in the human realm. So the tsukasa that hanako killed might’ve been formed by hanakos subconscious guilt, or he’s some sort of demon or Yokai that was able to age and have any other human characteristics (which we’ve seen is more than possible), that would explain who was abusing hanako wasn’t actually tsukasa - hanako still believes he stabbed tsukasa but the current tsukasa isn’t the real one - the real one is stuck in the red house unable to leave as a punishment or side effect of is wish being granted (I’m assuming unable to age judging by the fact he’s still a kid?) I know this is a bit of a stretch and confusing but idk? (Also their parents are just MMM”
