there's many routes from the game that are already finished, you can romance sasuke, hideyoshi, mitsunari, mitsuhide, kenshin, masamune, ieyasu, etc. they're still adding more routes till now
but if you're talking about if there's another route in the manga and not the game then i dont know about it.
personally my faves in the game are the mitsus (mitsunari & mitsuhide) + sasuke but overall i really love the game. kinda waiting for that pirate route cause he's hot asf
