My mom used to be like that back in Africa. I was in middle school and whenever she visited from America she was always being nicer to the kids from the extended family and they call her mom and also stay at our house so I felt they were taking her away. I was soo jealous since she paid their school tuition and stuff but now I'm all grown so dnt really care and most of the kids used her and left her to go back to their family(￣∇￣")

Does the webtoon follow the novel closely? Like the timeline and the storyline is the same? Or there's slight changes to the storyline?

there are slight changes from the novel like:

we weren’t told who the japanese hunters were
but those are just small changes
