It's a straight romance about a girl accepting a contract (surrogate or smth) where she needs to give birth from the egg of the mls dead girlfriend. Then, after she gave birth to twins(?) they were not allowed to call her "mom" then she was given a choice to leave 1 or 2 yrs after giving birth or stay.

The story is pretty messy but I'm here for the angst lol.

    And the hinomaru sumo, which is a manga and anime. Basically the main character also struggles with being underestimated for his height
