On chapter two and him saying nice characters are boring and one dimensional is rubbing me the wrong way because doesn’t that just goes to show his lack of skill in writing characters? There are thousands of way you can write a nice character but also give their story depth and nuance. Of course it’s not like this is actually anything important and everyone loves a mean character but still his opinion kind of irked me.
