Such a sweet little story, but it's heart breaking that due to the passing of the author it will never be completed.
I'm not one for Seme, but he does redeem himself because he actually knows what he's doing and feels bad for doing it. I'm just happy that the Uke has learned that his lover is a huge man child and really needs him desperately. The uke is a little naive but he's had his moments and I feel that by the ending he was really working it to get the seme back.
I am really stretched with this one. I'm not a fan of rape or manipulation for selfish reasons. The characters are alright for the most part, but the Seme I both like and don't like at all, and the Uke has no personality. It's a good fantasy story but I really don't see a plot other then, weak Knight is taken captive as a sex slave and humiliated, but still falls in love with a guy that's clearly still hung up on his boyfriend that left him to get married, and that guy who is still in love with him and wants to continue the relationship relationship.
It's just ehh to me. Love the art style, that was great.
I agree with most of what you said but it seems he was able to pretty mucb drop Issac as soon Leonard came around d so I don't necessarily think hes hung up in him. Especially at the end. Issac wants it but jemaru doesn't.
this is yaoi. from 2007. Yaoi lately has started to divert from being just fujoshi wet dreams and gone towards more realistic, cute or angsty situations, with more depth into story settings and character development, but still, you can't compare that with something from 9 years ago.

For the most part the chapters are very good. But I still feel that the whole "I love you" thing just came out of no where. I don't see a single part where Iwaki clearly falls in love, it's just said but it still felt weird. In the later chapters it's clear the feelings he has but the earlier chapters I just didn't see it at all. Katou is cool, but damn he can be so immature and stupid at times, but nothing horrible.
I do enjoy this relationship even if it does confuse me a little. Though I will say that this is one of the few yaoi's where switching roles works when need be.
I don't give a damn if this is "Fiction" this is horrible! Yoshida is being tormented on a daily bases all because of Satou.
Satou doesn't give a damn about what Yoshida wants, he's manipulated everything! Oh boo hoo Satou had a terrible up-bring because he was some military project and doesn't know how to live like a normal person. So that gives him the right to lie and use his looks to manipulate others for his own selfish desires and act naive to the mental trauma he's inflecting? BULL SHIT! If this was any other manga everyone would wish he'd drop dead! This pains me to read. I'm in tears because this is not right! This isn't entertainment it's sick.
I'm all for BL but if anyone reading this actually had to live Yoshida's life, with constant harassment of the whole female student body no one would last more then week. Mind you no comment will make me change my mind.

Yeah, this manga treats abuse like it's something normal. At some moments I thought: "wow Yoshida may actually cry for real after this", because it would be something normal, he gets so much shit, I'd cry if I were him! (I've read so many yaois to recognize that this manga is not the worst. Have you read "Ze"? Not all pairings, but most of them are based on abuse. It's disgusting. At least this one I see no rape).

i personally love this manga and im not gonna try to change your mind or anthing but... lets be real if ur gonna read yaoi and expect to be able to really sympathize and imagine yourself doing the same thing as a protagonist then you will not be able to enjoy thousands of yaoi masterpieces and that is just a shame. Also in real life terms NO ONE WOULD DATE YOSHIDA. hes honestly lucky to have satou not only just cuz he would be butt ugly in real life but i think he has the IQ of a pineapple (though i love him as a character XD) but i do agree and wish satou would defend yoshida a bit more <3

Our uke is really sweet but I do not approve of bullying for love. Pissing someone off for fun is disgusting. Not to mention laughing at someone's fear of large dogs. Had it been a tiny puppy go and head and laugh, but when a child had a dog attack him when he was a very small child and causes a mental traumatic experience you do not laugh!
