i still don’t trust him. even if he didn’t go through with it, he still fucking tried. he knew he could do it and he almost did. and then he wanted revenge?? for what!? because a kid was being a kid and you FELL for him? rapist blames victim energy. honestly, at least he didn’t go through with it, but i’m still so fucking pissed.

second, i feel like he is lying. knowing how easily he lied earlier, he might be acting now as well. it would make sense as well.

i’m late and there is so much more to talk about other than this (like how this spoiled brat has no empathy and ruined his outfit that the team worked hard to put together) but i just wanted to bring up what a big blow it was to the gut when he said “i look terrible right now”. uhhhh, bruh, if that was terrible, i am a dumpster fire in the rain. thank you ladies, gentlemen and everyone in between for listening to my ted talk.

One, it is okay to love more than one person at once (polygamy), but you can’t force it on to others. That’s like a guy telling a lesbian girl to go out with him even though she doesn’t feel attraction towards him. You need all parties to consent to that relationship before you force it. Otherwise you are the asshole female lead in ever YA book with a love angle...

Second, adore the “tough guy tries to be nice” trope going on. Definitely staying tuned!!

Um, I really was looking forward for some gl (hopefully the age difference isn’t terrible, otherwise I drop my hopes in the dumpster), but it looks like it might end up that the girl ends up causing a love angle :,) Hopefully not though, bl’s love the idea of mlm and straight couples, but rarely gl loll

he is a piece of shit, but i knew this when i started reading. i wasn’t really expecting much from him because people like him change with SO MUCH FUCKING EFFORT. so, unlike a few of you, i’m not as disappointed. yeah, i hate what he is and what is doing rn, but it was never guaranteed that he would change!! i said this last time too. i liked ks and this is good too, because i live for angst. why do y’all act like there was a guaranteed beautiful romance?? what made so much of you think that this would be bubbly in the beginning. we have been reading this story for over a year, but in the story it has been more or less the same exact season. that’s like 3-4 months!! what evil person changes in that span of time. this isn’t the grinch. so, yeah, i ain’t defending his sorry ass, but y’all better understand that the author didn’t promise you a loving romance. you guys have to read more novels and stuff that are angsty to build immunity or whatever. the author hasn’t done anything wrong, you can stop reading and or rant with me, just don’t curse the author out for this story. seungho’s sins aren’t the authors sins. if you wanna see my previous rant you can go to my page.

ps. shipping toxic ships isn’t inherently wrong if it is fiction... it is wrong morally i guess, but people do it all the time. i personally don’t ship them, but i do root for character development in both, and i won’t smash a window or something if they end up together. i’ll just be mildly disappointed. i have a small hope that maybe this ends out well, but lots have to change, and i would be willing to wait if the author decides that.

I adore angst and I actually (like a sadist haha jk) enjoy when a character is hurt because it means there will be a chance at character development and bonds to grow stronger. However, this story has given me the feeling of having my heart pulled out and stepped on... At least I was able to feel that feeling again haha

Yes, I am upset as all of you at the lack of character development, but none of us signed a paper that guaranteed the character development to come now. I don’t know why everyone is so outraged at this. I’m sure plenty of you have consumed similar content (novels, movies, shows, webtoons, mangas, etc) that had the same problems. Yeah, maybe the character development isn’t coming because he’s still an ass and no one has done anything. It’s not like our main character has found the root of the problem, crushed it and realized it changed nothing. If I remember correctly, he’s done nothing but rape our little painter. Sure, he noticed he held feelings, but does that guarantee that they’ll stop being who they were the previous day? He isn’t like us, dude. Think of one of the shittiest people you know, someone who has directly hurt you constantly. Now imagine after all of this, they realized they loved you (In romantic or platonic way). Would that change their personality? It’s annoying and makes me want to tear my hair out too, the idea that he still doesn’t treat him well despite all this shit. However, I can’t complain tootoo much because it isn’t like I’m paying for this manga and I am outraged that I spent all my money for this. At most you spent an hour or two non-stop. Please, it’s fine to complain, but if you can’t see that character development isn’t guaranteed at a certain upload (trust me, don’t read YA novels then) then I cannot help you. Yes, a poor decision from the author, they could’ve gave us a glimpse to hook us in, but they chose not to. That’s the end of the story. Everytime I come here I see the same comments about the lack of character development. I’m going to leave, me and my rant have over stayed our welcome, but thank you if you read all the way through this!! :)

I just wanted to add that I believe the tapping might be the hands moving, probably "walking". It's not set in stone though and it isn't sort of a stretch...? Tbh, so I said my theory, but I still stand by it.
