i think it was more, seeing the relationship he ruined and what he put him through that made me cry most. i have no empathy for him, but his letter made me cry for the sole purpose of the nerve he had to still hang onto him, beg the dead to help him, and refuse to let go, THOUGH he knew it was his fault. he didn't even realize he f*cked up until chapter 50 something. The anger definitely boiled into tears for me.

I understand that ha yan is literally a psychopath, one of the worst I’ve seen next to sangwoAh but I think she can get better. She was taught things the wrong way and started off on the wrong foot, and to make her think that people hitting her = to them giving love to her. I pity her and I hope she gets treatment, since trauma isn’t hard to brush off. She’s been abused by her parents so long that she got loose screws in her head. I really do hope she gets some therapy or goes through some development in the future and get better for herselfz
