ooh, this reminds me of yoshihara yuki's chocolate girl!! that has a similar kind of dynamic between a talent scout and rising actor too, and so this, especially the FL, looks fun!!! kinda hesitant tho, cuz he's her childhood bully, cuz as a person's whose been bullied in elementary school, that sort of stuff is very traumatic both at the time and even when time has passed, so i hope the ml does some good retrospection and development and apologizes for his shtty behavior at some point, bc ill be very disappointed if he never does :<

again, while i do keep up since i usually love maki enjouji's work, i really dont like how she springs new information out of nowhere on us in this, like the fact that dr tendo's family owns a hospital (similar to another dr-nurse story maki enjouji wrote) im pretty sure this is new info but usually we'd already know abt his family even tho this is ch 26? and was this ch even resolved, it feels like the general problem is something new is brought out of nowhere to create a suspenseful conflict but the resolution and essentially the climax too sorta fall flat compared to the built suspense, like besides that setting up of family background (which shouldve honestly been set up already) i honestly could have gone without specifically reading ch 26 and wouldn't have missed anything, u know? thats not to say this series is terrible, it started out real fun, but these lately released chapters, theres smthing lacking, and i hope some kind of real plot appears soon. like this could be slice of life rn but the dramatic plot points brought up kinda prevent it from being fluffy enough for that even, u know? anyway, i didn't mean to write so much or be so critical cuz hey, im still keeping up with the series and for me, that's a statement of its own XDDD
