really don't think it's worth overthinking. I'm not gonna completely cancel Cain with the evidence that is presented so far. Cain just seems like the type of person who only treats the person he likes kindly and everyone else coldly. And his "tricked" is Jooin to garner his sympathy to have him spend more time with him which is like scummy but in the grand scheme of things not very malicious either? I posted this in another comment but just in case someone else didn't see it here is the spoilers for the whole manga. Bare in mind this is just the summary and a lot of the details I'm skipping otherwise my comment will literally be an essay.
TLDR: Creamsoda and Kentarou end up together and Kentarou stops prostituting himself.
Creamsoda tells Kentarou not to meet up with the guy(s) and takes his phone so he can block them from line so that the guys don't contact Kentarou anymore. But since earlier that day Kentarou promise to meet up with Saitou at a hotel he fulfills his promise to meet up with him one last time. Saitou does some stuff to Kentarou that he hates but Saitou gets really abusive and hits him claiming its "M play." Creamsoda ended up following Kentarou and sets off the fire alarm to have people evacuate the rooms. Once Saitou heard the alarms, he freaks out and abandons Kentarou inside the hotel room. Kentarou was knocked the fuck out so he's unconscious when Creamsoda opens the door and picks him up from the hotel bed back to Creamsoda's place. When Creamsoda places him inside the bath, Kentarou slowly wakes up but momentarily hallucinates and thinks that Creamsoda is Souta. He starts crying saying he doesn't want to do the play anymore but Creamsoda snaps Kentarou into consciousness saying that "it's me." Kentarou starts to sob saying "it's scary here. I want to go back home (his hometown)." Creamsoda hugs him and comforts him. He stays two nights at Creamsoda's place and on the second night Creamsoda asks Kentarou if he liked Souta to which Kentarou responds "not anymore." Then he asks "Is there anyone else?" Kentarou says "No?" then Creamsoda says "What about me?" Kentarou says "I like Yuu-kun." Kentarou starts to explains why he likes Yuu-kun and after that Creamsoda looks at Kentarou and says "I want to kiss you." They basically have their moment. As they were kissing, Kentarou notices Creamsoda has an erection so he asked if he could suck his dick. Creamsoda was taken aback so Kentarou didn't want to make it awkward and starts to explain "that time" referring to when Creamsoda asked for a blowjob in CH1. Creamsoda interprets this as Kentarou only seeing him as just another customer so he gets upset and says "Fine, but only if we go all the way." They end up having sex and at the end Creamsoda hands Kentarou money. Kentarou asks what this is and Kentarou yells at him saying to just accept it. Kentarou takes the money and leaves. After he leaves Creamsoda's place he's sobbing and rests at a park (he left Creamsoda's place without his pants lol). He meets Souta there and when he's about to walk away from him Souta apologizes for what he did last time and that he wouldn't do it again. Creamsoda realizes that Kentarou forgot his pants so he tries to find him to return it to him. He sees Kentarou and Souta talking and tries to kick Souta's ass (for leaving him at the hotel like that). Souta and Creamsoda do a lil squabble and then Souta hits him with his briefcase which causes him to bleed. Kentarou goes apeshit and tells him to dissappear. Creamsoda confesses to Kentarou that he likes him and has been watching him since the beginning (his interest blossomed from when Kentarou said his favorite band was muscle girl obi). Kentarou gets emotional and says "why didn't you say anything sooner? If I knew, he would've been his. They make up and they be togethers u know (づ￣ ³￣)づ. SO it's a pretty good ending. JS Kentarou ends up mentioning that he was prostituting himself at first for the money but liked the attention and love he was receiving so he kept doing it. Goes to show just how freaking pure this boy was even til the very end.
