I am from the country right next to his country and polygamous relationships are really normalized where we are from and being polygamous doesn’t mean that you are a cheater or a player.

Well what i'm gonna say won't please everyone but I'm still gonna say it anyway... It's not because something is part of culture that it's always good or forgiving. For exemple, excision is part of some countries's culture, but it's monstruous and shouldn never be banalized.
Personnally, I'm not against polygamy. BUT when it's equal for men and women. And his country, tell me if I'm wrong, it's just men who have the right to marry many women.
