I think it's more about how Seyeong was a netkama only because he wanted to leech off money from Heejae. Those type of netkama who catfish only for taking advantage of another person (generally guy who catfish another guy by playing a female character) is what is bad.
Also you see that Woohyeon is a netkama but they don't have problems with it. He's playing a female character and he's always attending those parties with other members of his guild so everyone knows he's Ohlala. So being a netkama is not bad only if your only intention is that you want to take advantage of someone.
But Woohyeon is also slightly different in the aspect dat every1 knows but ye ig it’s the intention behind it
