I'm not asking for specific feelings towards things, (I think you didn't read what I wrote (I dont even use tiktok)). I dont need him to care about Gojuta, I just want sensible reactions.

I know he wasn't told the plan beforehand and that's supposed to make it more overwhelming for Yuji. And I agree with the 'grieving later', and if Yuji decided to think like that, Gege should SHOW us that, not count on readers to deduce everything he doesn't wanna bother with. He doesn't work on his own MC.

No it’s not supposed to make it more overwhelming this dude seen his mentor die right in front of him, killed a lot of people, seen his brother die, he died himself, etc…. Yuta taking over Gojo body is the least of his worries, Gege does a great job in making a realistic story because in combat people understand to put their emotions aside even if they’re about to explode. The one time Yuji was close to his breaking point was when Choso died and sacrificed himself, but he was able yo continue fighting because of todo like before. So again, it doesn’t really make sense to make Yuji a whining kid because it takes away from all the work and seriousness he put into his strength. Also I did read your comment, you literally said he had 0 reactions to specific instances, which is why I said it wouldn’t matter for those specific instances because Yuji understands there’s greater things to worry about.

Again, I don't mean I want a double page of Yuji's sad tears or whining. Even if it were a panel of his inexpressive face & thoughts next to it that say "Later. Do it later.", that'd have been nice.

But a cursed womb that showed up killing people allied to fucking Mahito but that suddenly is calling him brother & following him warrants more meaning and focus from the MC's pov than the guy that saved his life from being executed, protected him from higher-ups schemes & became his sensei and friend.

But why though, when Choso died we had a scene of his will shaking? When Nanami and Nobara died we had a scene of his will shaking, when junpei died we had a scene of his will breaking, do you want it to happen every time something bad happens to him? It’s just not logical.

Also Choso was his brother, one of his only family members. We saw Yuji react to Gojo death and he made a face, I don’t understand did you want him to cry his eyes out lmao.

The reason why Gege makes realistic stories is because of the fact of how he places his characters, the goals of each characters, why one loss, and why one won. Even if Gege hates Gojo guts, he was going to lose still because he’s fighting against the king of cursesc who takes bath in evil just for fun. Do you know what makes cursed sorcerer stronger? It’s not having a good mentality like Gojo, it’s being malevolent and malicious. Cursed energy thrives off of negativity, and Gojo himself didn’t choose that route when Geto told him there was no point. So of course Gojo was going to lose because he was a human facing a monster. Yuta is a better choice for the current day best sorcerer because even though Sukuna got low, Yuta got lower. It’s good to see actual great sorcerers go at it, with the mindset of a sorcerer.

I don’t care about who won in shinjuku, I made that statement to say how Gege writes a realistic story.

I never said that, I literally said the opposite, he was shaken multiple times throughout his he story, almost wanted to die and give up, even now when choso died he was shaken.

Choso saved him, and was his brother. Also he saw choso die right in front of him, he had time to process Gojo death before jumping out. Yuta knew Gojo longer than Yuji, and he still went out and fought like he should. Yuji understands there’s bigger things, when that other dude died with the executioner blade, he made a face too, but still fought right after. lol

What did you want him to do, start crying and say I don’t want to fight no more lmao. Yuta or even Gojo students who’s been around Gojo the longest should’ve done that, but they didn’t. Cause they understand it’s not time to cry or grieve lol. Even his teammate what’s her name, she didn’t cry, she literally sutured up Gojo body; and transferred Yuta brain. Like these people are tough individuals they understand death comes with the job. Yeah Yuji is 15, but he’s already been through so much.

You keep straying from my point: Gege's neglect of his own MC. Doesn't matter how Yuta, Shoko or whoever dealt with things, it's not their story.

You dont need to defend Yuji's reaction to Choso's death, I'm HAPPY with it (just don't think it makes sense WHEN put in comparison -- And the sad truth is: WE most likely recognize Choso as Yuji's brother more than HE does).

I can't believe I'm having to repeat for the 3rd or 4th time that my problem isn't WHICH reaction, but the LACK of any at all. And SPECIALLY after going through so much shit, having their strongest man with the highest odd to win against their enemy die must not be something easy to take to a 15yo, realistically speaking. And not even a trembling hand, a stumbling step backwards ╮(￣△￣)╭
