You know what. I like it. I don't think they should be a couple, but as far as secondary love interests go, Nadia is pretty dope. There are sometimes is she/isn't she lesbian/bisexual love interests in manwha and manga, but it's not directly said or they are kinda "shy" and then don't come forward (I guess a way to keep it vague, so some *specific* readers can ignore it). But the author had the chance to try a dynamic with a gender-neutral character with a different cultural background and they took it. Sure she is just a secondary love interests and they could have actually explored that route more (gaining experience in dating, different approaches as Nadia is pretty direct, deeper dive into the societal norms, etc.), but that might make the story too messy.

But the sexy mermaid/-man is hardcore spouse material. I value loyalty and trust more than love and lust in a relationship, so I wouldn't divorce either, but DAMN (╯°Д °)╯╧╧. I kinda respect Abi for saying strong. Nadia is so flavourful next to the ML (he ain't bad, and I like that his trauma was actually explored and not just girlfriend-therapist-savior fantasy material... But he has been a bit bland for some time now, they should give him some hurdles to work on)
