I know we all know this but I'm saying this again. This manhua is crazy good. Here's what I've been pondering for the past few chapters. Ok so the setting of the story is actually based on ancient times where homosexuality isn't really a thing back then and was regarded as a psychological problem. As a nobleman of a good standing, seeing your son exhibiting signs and symptoms of a "psychological" problem the Father Yoon seek consult. The doctor described the young SH as "healthy, alert and having rosy complexion" which are of course the typical normal appearance any person would have..but as I look closely at his appearance you can clearly see bruises on his neck and on his face, not to mention how his father grasp his neck upon consult. Being a good doctor that he is, since there is no apparent signs that the child is sick, no medical attention was given thus the Father took the matters on his own hands. SH probably suffered physically and mentally during his seclusion. Remember the scene when he recalled a bad memory from chapter 55 - he said his inside lurches and he could go insane.. that angle was from below or from the ground and in front of him was most likely was his father or Lord Song whom he's subconsciously wary of, they probably cutted his topknot and disowned him at that moment leaving SH somewhat defiant to the point of not wanting to see his sick father. Of course this resulted to SH indulging himself to debauchery. Him having multiple partners and being open about it that even dogs in their area knows his sexual activities are maybe just a result of proving his point to his father. It's actually pretty sad how lack understanding back then caused huge damage on SH to the point of him getting his "tonic meds" and even using opioid battle insomnia and maybe internal pains too. On the other hand, I kinda understand Jihwa a little. He have loved SH throughout his life, through thick and thin. Seeing his unrequited love fall inlove right in from of your eyes must have a shock to him. But hey it doesn't mean he should kill NK just because he's jealous.
I really can't wait for the succeeding chapters.

It's kinda sweet how Chowon offered to open the roof on his car this time, given that on the previous chapter Kyungsoo was so thrilled to see if it really do so, but the idea was shut down immediately because of the weather. It's nice to see how Chowon is gradually melting and experiencing warm feelings but given his big pride as an elite omega.. boi this will gonna be a long ride of a side story for a character development.

OK so SH said he is hurting then a snippet of a flashback was seen, he's trying to compare what had happened before. If we would look closely at that said frame, you would notice that the angle was from below or from the ground, it was probably when he had a fight with his father or when his topknot was cut off. We didn't really knew what happened back then or why he hates his father so much, I hope it will revealed soon.
I feel bad for SH. First because he cannot differentiate if Nakyum was just a plaything or he's inlove with him. He probably didn't even have someone to love or has even experienced love before. Second, he can't seem to fathom that a noble like him would like a lowborn, he been having mood swings because of him. Third, he's slowly consumed by self loathing and thus resorting into opioid intoxication and having sleep deprivation.
Poor SH, will this manhua have a happy ending?
To be honest I was not a fan of this couple at first, I also thought their story is not my cup to tea but clearly they changed my mind. Their love story is sailing once again, with a more serious pace
