The art looks quite a lot like Chidori Peko's. I'm not sure which manga tho. (From her works that I've read it's not Renai game, complex love, kiss made ato 3 senchi, Kamisama ga yadoru kotoba and ore no mono ni nareba ii) Check it the remaining works. And I'm really sorry if it's not her work. Too me the art looked very similar. ^^
