Majority of the Mangago regular users have personal lists of their own "5 star/highly rated" mangas. So you can specifically visit their homepage/their lists to pick out mangas you prefer too. For example you can surf around the user's lists you are already following if you have a similar taste with them.
As to how to check out an individual users list - go to your own homepage>click on any of user's username you are following>you are now on their homepage>click on the "list" option under their username on the top left part of the page, that appears along with several other options like home,activity,manga,album etc. >now you are on their list page.

I always regret reading Orcs Bride, Feeding Lamb, Gyo, etc. Worst of the worst for me.
For weird reason, I think I need medical help but Orc Bride is okay for me, Feeding Lamb as well. I know I'm fuck but I didn't think it'd be this bad. (⊙…⊙ )(￣∇￣")
