I’m really expecting that Kartein will going to show up in next chapters to heal Jiwoo, but as Kayden says in a previous chapter it’s better for Jiwoo to heal on its own with the treatment of Frame medics for now, because it will arise a commotion about his fast healing if they didn’t know the source.
But it think he will go heal him because frame is getting destroyed anyways. They're not trying to hide the fact that Kayden and him are there anymore

I think it is, cuz it makes very clear this is not a happy ending, and the uke was a kid who got involved with bad adults including seme who groomed him and was friends with his grapers (seme is at least 5 years older, already has plenty of experience lives alone has his own bike uses drugs, and is being purposely posing as this "nice guy", enough to be considered a hero and hole model for this naive virgin high scholer, who he showed with attention and favor since he was a literal baby)
I love this manga. It's good if the Yaku suffered more but on the otherhand I pity about him due to his past, and salute him for he knows his doing and treasure Hino at last. But, the scene that really burst me into tears because it hurts so much that made me cried on the part when Hino says that he was okay even his love one doesn't love him back as long that he can be by his side and want for it to be long as it can. ╥﹏╥ ╥﹏╥ ╥﹏╥
