I don't think I'm going to like this... not because of the alpha/alpha trope, or the fact that one of them went to a butt clinic for help, or because they both want to top. I just hate the fact that the dark skinned guy has no qualms about cheating on his husband whether with women or his sex therapist (regardless of whether he actually ends up doing it or not). They took a common trope and pulled it off reaaaaallly well with no rape, no blackmail, no weepy uke, proper communication (and self reflection) and no walking in on sex/masturbation. I consider that a massive accomplishment.

I don't hate either character, but good lord I feel like you should really talk to the person you're having sex with about what your status is. S'not cheating in this case, but it is pretty dishonest not to be upfront about thinking about fumi as a FWB.
