Poor Regina.. I read more of the spoilers so the people involved in Regina's bad life / death seems to be the Emperor, Remus (Lover), Connie (Poison).
The words are a bit confusing since they're using MTL.. all in all the God at the mountain at the North by Voreoti mountains wants to take revenge for Regina it seems. So it used MC's soul because MC is "strong". The god failed a few times in getting revenge so it got MC ready via reading novel in the modern world. MC real body died from a heart attack.
The Duke will hear MC's conversation with this god it seems so he might find out her soul is Transmigrated.
There's a bunch more spoilers with Baria being able to enter the "strictly Voreoti bloodline only" Mountain because she was pregnant with the Duke's baby.. She was dragged there by Remus who thinks he was able to enter because of some delulu that he's someone significant. Turns out he was led there by the god to seek revenge.
I just skimmed through this so there's a lot not mentioned. The MTL spoilers are a bit confusing for me tbh. I suggest to read the spoilers in Novel Updates yourself if you want more I quite enjoyed MC's spoiler on bashing someone's head on the table at the palace. Her and the Empress Tigria entered a conference bloody from killing their enemies. Darn I can't wait to see that!!

Dead. She was put in the basement dungeon by the Duke. After MC find out what she did to Regina and after MC used her 4 fangs to let out her anger, they left the rest for Regina's father to handle.

Exactly my reaction as well. I'm re reading the official at ba2 and I just couldn't get her creepy eerie face looking at MC while she disrespect her by calling her in her Orphan name (she's a noble lady now). At first I thought she's going to try to get close to MC so she can get closer and flirt with the duke so I couldn't ignore my curiosity and checked the spoilers and I'll be darned! She's probably the one who put MC in that Orphanage to get abused. If you remember MC looked worse than the other children there which didn't make sense to me if she's really that "kind" of a caretaker she would've at least tried to keep MC clean. I find it weird that this supposedly kind lady couldn't even help MC dress up like the other children.. MC looked worse than a beggar when she first met the duke. Like she looks like she's been living in a garbage dump.

Yup. I'm so wary of these types of characters lol. When I read this story before I didn't notice as much but when I re read I see more clues as to why this bitch isn't a "kind caretaker". A kind caretaker would not let MC stay that filthy and starved. I compared MC to the other kids and you can really tell the difference of treatment.

He is kind of slow...... I'm sorry if I sounds really harsh. But it's true that he is slow, more like stupid (I'm sorry) because he is too naive and believed too much on kindness. I was even more confused when he became the leader. Sure he is the oldest, but he don't really have leadership quality, Baekhyun is more suitable, probably because he is mentally older and have many experience, though he declined it because he was too lazy. But all the members also doesn't have leadership quality, and so, Dojun is better than them, so it was like a situation to let's at least have a leader than nothing ╥﹏╥
I'm just annoyed at the fact that he's keeping all this to himself when MC has asked him many times if there was something wrong. I know he doesn't want to put the others into an uncomfortable situation but he knows full well that that bastard is capable of doing much more nasty things. Yup I actually want that as the ending for Jin's sake. He could find someone better who can help heal his wounds that were NOT told in this story as it only focuses on the Uke's escape to his delulu island of pain and self pity thinking he's the only one hurt after stabbing his "loved one" multiple times in the heart MANY TIMES OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. When Jin mentioned that Uke is the only one left because his grandma has already passed I get him. Bro. Like I get him so badly that I wanna Isekai there to slap this uke and explain shit to him. Jin was probably having a moment here where he's almost at the point of killing himself but since there's still someone he can hold on to he's trying to keep it together. I'm not sure if that's so but in my pov it is because personally that's where my mind is at when I read that scene. He pretty much was begging for this life line not to cut ties. When someone says that to me THAT IS A CALL FOR HELP. Why would uke even? lmao. Jin saved him from getting SA and he wanted to keep distance so he can.. WHAT?! Anyways uke's brain retarded lmao.
