Starting with the classics might set ur standards way too high so I recommend reading some really good underrated ones first like "Oh! My assistant" or "Mr. 100% perfect"

I suggest you read this one because it's realistic, has a beautiful art, and nice characters (nothing too antagonist or anything). Though it's quite slow paced but I think it's worth it and very beautiful:
