It's a BL and they're an anime club that's at comiket (or some type of event) selling doujinshi. The senpai is short and the club makes him cosplay as a girl and they get a handsome dude to cosplay as a prince and the prince falls in love with who he thinks is a girl but is actually senpai dressed like a girl. I don't think the prince and senpai get together its a tall black haired character that ends up with senpai and prince is heart broken but is still very kind in a tsun way
