I'm curious to understand from where some readers get the idea or hint that this story will end up as tragedy or anything even similar to a Killing Stalking?
The only think Killing Stalking and POTN have in common is that they became too popular and hyped because of the art and attracted readers who don't necessarily enjoyed the story or the genre but hang around because everyone else was talking about or reading it.
Killing Stalking was psychological horror, gory and the MCs became more unhinged and damaged as the story progressed, not the other way around. The author hardly promoted any happy ending in her official art. The extra art usually depicted the dark dynamic.
POTN is no psychological horror, not gory. Also, among the non con group of fiction that we all know it belongs to, it's not even one of the darkest ones in here (Although sometimes there is the impression that for some readers this is their first non con trope where MCs end together).
Besides that, the more the story progresses the clearer it becomes the trope is following the traditional path of a relationship for the MCs becoming stronger, not weaker. A redemption for Seungho along with Nakyum falling in love with him. Better deal with it.
Biggest hints that this is not ending in tragedy: What the author says and what the author promotes as part of strategy of keeping readers following the story.
Maybe this is not known to readers who don't follow the author's but she already said in a Q&A that Nakyum and Seungho would be happy (their own way) Unless one talks in philosophical terms where tragedy means happiness, I don't think she meant any of them will have a horrible or even sad ending.
As for how they will be happy, for anyone following the official art, the depiction of the shipping and the couple has become closer, happier, not the other way around. If before there was more of a lust and domination, now they are depicted in tender moments, smiling, enjoying each other beyond the sex. The author is the biggest shipper of the couple and the official art that is being released is like a parallel story of its own. A story where the author is trying to keep the faith and teasing the readers that if they stick around for the tough part, they will be rewarded with that couple they see in the official arts.

Can someone remove the "Like solo leveling" tag? Because this has nothing similar to solo leveling at all. (For easier reading, i'll separate these lines)

This mc is REINCARNATED (or transmigrated). SL has system and its not even reincarnation or time travel. SL dont have gay vibes. (Dont laugh at me its true)

SL is about leveling up and getting stronger, this is about staying low and helping the others without taking the spotlight.

This dont even have a weak to strong concept. The mc wasnt even weak to begin with. He's normal (a human). He just need those items to protect himself while running away. (Bruh srsly)

This dont have an annoying girls falling for you just bc you are strong or you saved her. (I'm sorry Miss. Cha but its true. Its damn annoying)

Yes this have fantasy creatures, dragons and catgirls! But it dont have dungeouns. And systems and shits.

Im sorry Im overreacting but bro, this isnt even like Solo Leveling. So please remove that tag.

(Wow cant believe i managed to write this just bc of a tag)
