Does anyone know this shonen ai / yaoi:
The seme and uke met as kids. The seme was a foreigner and didn't speak much Japanese. He confessed as a kid to the uke, but he was holding a flower that shared a name with a girl who was part of their friend group, so the uke misunderstood. Then the seme left for a while, but now he's back and trying to find the cutie he confessed to, but the uke is directing him to the girl. In the end the mistake clears up and it's a happy ending.

What's the story where the seme dies but the uke gets one wish and uses it to change the past so that they don't meet? Then they meet up again and the free-spirited seme had become straightlaced, but they fall in love again?

There was this manga where two guys are reunited as adults (or old teens?). When they were kids the other guy barely spoke Japanese. He still liked the other boy (though mistook him for a girl?) and confessed his feelings. The other boy misunderstood because the flower the other guy was holding shared a name with a girl in their friend group, so he thought that the first boy meant "I like the girl with the flower name". Then the non-Japanese speaking kid was taken back to where he came from. Now they are older and the guy came to look for his first love, but he doesn't know it was a guy and the other guy thinks he's looking for the flower name girl. What's the name of this manga? I think it might be a one shot in a collection.

The seme and uke don't known each other well at all, so when the seme calls the uke's name in bed he adds "did I get that right?" and the uke is sad. That's pretty much the only thing I can remember. Thanks in advance if you manage to find it!
