to me this sounds like how you address people as bro or sis because they’re your friends no matter their gender. I’m sure she recognizes the fact you are trans and wants to respect it, she just likes to address you like that, but if it’s really that serious to you then I think you should tell her that it feels like she’s being disrespectful
