Am I the only one that thinks she should end up with Carsien. after what Allen did I don’t like him, he’s a little too obsessive for my tastes. I mean I guess it’d be alright if she ended up with the prince as long as he does not mess up again in this life, but I really wish Artista would end up with Carsien. Although I doubt the story will end that way.

It’s a lost cause but frankly speaking, I’d rather she ends up with Carsein primarily because he’s been the one who’s shown pure consistent love to Aristia throughout the series. Granted he was rough at first but that translated into affectionate teasing as they grew up. HE EVEN PROTECTED HER AND ALMOST ENDED UP BEING DECAPITATED BUT HE DIDNT REGRET IT BECAUSE HE DID IT FOR ARISTIA. That, my friend, is what we call selfless and true love. Carsein deserves the world for what he did. He might be rough on the edges but he’s the purest amongst the male leads. He deserves so much love. ｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡

So they keep mentioning how the illegitimate children are mixed with commoners blood so that’s why they have weak powers. So does that mean that the royal family has to marry nobility to keep their line pure? Or is it an incest situation where nobility marries their siblings? There’s just a lot of emphasis on the blood purity and I’m a little confused at the moment.
I read the raws and from my understanding they have to be of nobility.
I am so happy the author made it so Yeong actually said that he didn’t like seeing Nohae kissing anyone else. Because that’s a big step in the right direction, even if Yeong isn’t at the stage where he fully realizes he likes Nohae. I feel like a lot of authors draw those kinda scenes out, and it’s refreshing to see a story where the characters are more aware of what their feelings.
I usually don’t like stories that focuses on more than one couple, but I really like this second pairing. I hope they get a really long season that lasts more than a few chapters.
