Juyeon himself admit that what he did was beyond revenge and that jikwon was way more injured and brutalized then what he went through, at first he wanted to throw jikwon away after breaking him but he decided to stay with him cuz basically jikwon was so traumatized and even developed mental illness, and as I said you going through trauma in your life doesn't justify you justifying grape, if you went and did this to the one who molested you then you will became the same as them, off course the person who did that to you deserves hell and jail but if you did same as they did to you then you became same as them.
In the novel, juyeon literally said himself that what he did was not purely out of revenge and he went too far with it, he made jikwon go through a lot worse things than he himself went through. I do agree that jikwon deserved to pay for what he did back then to some degree cuz that was really messed up but still this is way too much juyeon went too far with this
Thank you for having some sense, also juyeon in end of novel graduate and have his life back and have semi normal life, while jikwon basically live like dog no future no friends no family and basically have no one but juyeon, and all people who raped him got away with what they did, so for jikwon he basically lost his life for something he did in past but everyone else got their life going by normally for them. How does that make any sense to cheer for juyeon, people are taking this way too far out the fiction zone and want to make this justifiable is disgusting
I believe that at first juyeon just wanted to get his revenge by making him suffer a bit but i guess after getting a taste of what it feels like to be "superior" to jikwon, to be able to control him and make him do whatever he wants he got blinded by his anger and couldn't stop but not matter what, this is still rape and nothing can possibly justify what he did
Actually juyeon when he first visited jikwon at hospital when he had amnesia, he wanted to tart over by telling jikwon who didn't remember him that he was just frined, but when jikwon said that he didn't remember juyeon so his existance must have been insignificant enough for him to forget about him, juyeon started to get angry, and the gangster who was enemy of jikwon is the one who pushed juyeon to take revenge on jikwon, at beginning juyeon didn't want revenge, which make this even more fked up cuz juyeon from begining wanted to break jikwon mentally so he can be with him.
