Reading the novel and the adaptation seems to skip content near the end. Skipping and altering scenes. (e.g Teacher doesn’t send him the red gem to eat via. mail; Karyan’s the one to give to him directly.)
And I believe there were another couple of chapters that were left unadapted (chapters that weren’t part of the Epilogue/extras, I mean). I can’t tell what the extra chapters actually entail, though, so I’m not 100% sure on that part.

I swear.. gay relationships aint easy.
We cant expect a non toxic individual or a non toxic mindset from people who are so afraid of what society thinks of them.. or who have been so scrutinized and ostracized by society so much since childhood..
Top it off with the human characteristics like insecurity, doubt, trust issues etc..
Im just glad our gay people get to find love and build relationships for themselves. I cant help but feel so proud and be overwhelmed with happiness everytime i get a friend that gets to.
This story is just so freaking real. I feel for the ex, the bottom and the top.
Not everyone can get a happy ending and a smooth sailing love. What more for the gays. Haaaaahhhhh~ i can smell angst in this.. esp coz the bottom is so hung up on his carreer.. and nobody can blame him. He worked so hard to get where he's at.. and even if he finds it okay to let it go.. there's the top thats slowly building up his own in the industry.. bottom wont be able to avoid feeling guilty and self blame.. even if the top dont really care about it.
Im here for the ride nontheless (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
