Do you have bad posture? It wasn't a big issue when I was younger, but now I can feel the pain when I sit or stand in bad positions for long periods of time .
Sorry I just realized I skipped like half of what you wrote. It's most likely the bad posture. In my experience the pain should go away in a day or two.
