Here are my thoughts
Rape isn’t excusable wether it be in writing (in books movies) or in real life I can see where people may want to separate stuff like how they say separate the art from the artist but if someone is romanticizing rape in literature and or in movies it has been shown to have real negative affects on society and how they talk about rape and sexual assault this also goes with abuse and abuse victims. As someone who was abused and sexually assaulted it hurts so bad in my heart when people victim blame or try to make the excuse that it’s not in the real world.
Like how do I even articulate this first it was going good but this has been like like 30 chapters of this just back-and-forth. This isn’t even slow burn. This is stuck in a loop.
