Isn't his dad the owner of a big company? When his mom killed herself he took him in. And maybe he was always keeping an eye on him secretly? Idk ,ay be he wanted to keep him a secret from his dad cause his dad seems like a jerk and he did say that he never had anything he could call his own. And he obviously left cause his mom went and committed suicide and he obviously was taken away to another place by his father.

Both can get pregnant, but it's likely the Omega male will get pregnant. Because Alpha has superior semen/sperm. Omega male has a very flat scrotum if you read the pictorial introduction of omegaverse. Moreover when they are in heat, the Alpha has a tendency to put it in, while the Omega has tendency to receive it.

I always assumed that Alpha females would be more dominate in the bedroom. More S&M with the female being the S.
Also I'm sure the girl would still have the baby because girls aren't born with semen, but I assume a female omega could have both.

The only thing said in the manga was that Masaki's parents weren't omega so they could be Alfa or Beta. Can't be sure about it.
