I wonder how neither editors nor friends or however tells artists anything to change something a bit. I think plenty of artists know about their same face syndrome but idk why don't they try change something at least in their comics (where it's important to distinguish characters easily).
Like yeah I get it you have a type and want specific handsome man look but there has to be a difference and there are more other handsome types even if it's not your favorite one but you can change side characters to look different.
