Who is this person in relation to you? Is it a coworker? Politely bring it up to HR. Is it a classmate? Privately talk to a teacher. Is it a family member? Try and talk to their partner or parents.
If this person is a minor it's actually super important to try and talk to an adult. This could be a sign of abuse and neglect.
