Blue's feed

I don't understand why the official English translation is R15. It's R18 in other languages. If they want to do something nice for underage readers or those who don't like smut they can add a warning at the beginning of the chapter or something. Why would they ruin a good food by taking out the spices when It's clearly not for kids
