Ok so just to put this out there - the plot and storyline with the character development is AMAZING ! It gets really fluffy and chibis are adorable as ****(≧∀≦)
Now for your questions.
1) seme does not cheat on uke. Or vice versa. ( He had an imaginary friend during an abusive childhood and looks for people in his image trying to find his imaginary friend in them. That is the reason he first approaches the uke because he looks so similar to his imaginary friend.
2) There is no tape but their first time having sex gives rapey vibes...since I haven't read it again, I pretty much really hated how the seme was acting and it felt really manipulative to me .
Later in the story their intimacy is amazing so there's that.
3) The character development is insane.
The seme is absolutely dead and broken inside. It's a story of healing, getting better, and helping each other grow and become better. That is one of the reasons this story is sooo loved.

For the rape thing, the uke is an actor and later in the story happens to get associated with a company where the manager is exploiting the trainees by asking for sexual favours to not destroy their careers. Ukes friend prevents him from joing that. It's not explicitly shown but uke's friend had to give sexual favours to the director ( basically rape )
