Later manabu teases Aoki and ask him about his past, which Aoki denies to tell. Manabu forcefully kisses Aoki which makes Aoki erect. Later in ch 2 Aoki confronts the student himself and asks him if manabu touched him inappropriately.
And after it's just manabu teasing Aoki about his yesterday's Erection.
