some people are lucky even if they don’t listen to the orthodontist but that’s not always the case imo I knew people who had prolonged their treatment bc they weren’t wearing their rubber bands and shi, others ended up getting an infection bc they weren’t brushing their teeth, like we all got braces around the same time lol. don’t stress ......
