So had miuem not been as stubborn as he is and left when jitae wanted him too. After the revenge was over he would have nothing meaningful. He would barely have a company bc his revenge isnt just towards that woman its to his father as well. And im pretty sure his goal is to destroyed the company since that's what got his Mother stabbed.
I like revenge as much as the next person but this ones end point is only gonna be empty and cold. And jitae knows that you can tell with the way he interact with everything that has to do with the plan. He is tired and miserable and more then obviously finds no Joy in this revenge.
