Euigeon is sick that. I think he is in rut and he is unstable. Like, he doesn't even know why (but it's just because of Chaewoo). So, Chaewoo after decide to cancel the contract and 'break up' (they don't even dating yet), he kinda thought "if Euigeon only think of him as sex partner and just use him for sex, then he can too" so he go to Euigeon's house and ask to have a sex with him. At first, Euigeon is reluctant because he is in a rut and he is afraid he cannot control himself, but Chaewoo insist. So, they have lots and lots of sex, he even knots.

It was confusing but I think it was basically him realizing he wants to live and feels that he has changed a lot recently that made him fill the void inside him ever since his family died....at least that's what I got from it but it was confusing as hell.
