Okay so Gary and Stella fall in love. His mother ruins their relationship by blocking all contact. Stella dies during childbirth, Gary finds out a month after the funeral and never learns he has a son. This poor guy stays away from his HOME COUNTRY because of how devastated he is over the love of his life dying. And then when he learns that he has a son, he’s NOT ALLOWED TO EVEN BE IN HIS LIFE ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I understand them slowly getting into each others lives, but this WASNT GARYS FAULT AT ALL, this is HIS son. Like love you Harry BUT YOURE HIS UNCLE AND HIS REAL FATHER IS RIGHT THERE.
