looking for a manga plz help!

I’ve been looking for this manga for awhile but I can’t seem to remember the name so help is wanted! the genre is josei, romance, slice of life. it follows a couple whos been together since they were in high school and now are in their late 20s. both are heavy smokers and the ml have a chin beard lol. also the manga has like different stories about the couple going through different situations.

I remember one of the stories being that the fl was invited to a mixer even tho she’s in a relationship and she doesn’t really wanna go but she asks the ml and he says yes that she could go but the whole night hes texting her about small stuff and the last text he sends her is “come home soon” or something like that and she hurry homes and is kinda drunk but very happy that he missed her. I remember more about the story too!!
